    Describe the house

    Style, size, bedrooms, budget and where the lot is. No plan needed; that is the point.

  2. 02

    Designers near you see the project

    Plan designers on the site with an office within 150 miles of your lot see what you want and the area. Never your name, email or phone.

  3. 03

    You choose who hears from you

    When one asks to be introduced, we email you their name and a link to their listing, and you say yes or no. At most 3 designers can ask about one request. Only the ones you say yes to get your details.
