Builders

  • A free listing, anywhere in the US.
  • Your own pro page with your portfolio, and verified reviews from buyers you were introduced to.
  • A dot on the builder map, a place on your state's page, and a spot in every lot ZIP search your service area covers.
  • Introductions to buyers whose lot you cover, with the plan, budget and timeline attached.
  • Introductions are free for now. Listing and asking are free too.

Interiors, landscape and pools

  • A free listing and your own pro page with your portfolio.
  • Introductions to buyers near you who asked for your trade on their build review. No charge for them.
  • The list of builders on the site, to find the ones you want to work with.
  • Pool builders can sell pool designs, and interior designers selection packages, as add ons on the plans they fit.

How joining works

  1. Create a free account with your name, email and a password.
  2. Fill in your profile: your trade, business, service area and photos of your work.
  3. We review it. Nothing you add is public until we approve it.
  4. You go live: your page, your place in the lists, and the buyers who ask for your trade.

Plan designers and architects

The people who drew the plans in the book, named, with a link to their own work. Designers anywhere can list; a plan has no service area.

These lists open as soon as the first pros sign. Wherever in the US you do this work, you get a profile that ranks and buyers near you who ask for your trade, with the plan attached so you know what they want built. You ask for an introduction; the buyer says yes or no.

Listings are flat and free for now. We never take a commission from engineers or surveyors, and any architect or interior designer arrangement is disclosed in writing to everyone involved.
