The people who drew these plans
Named, with a link to their own site. The largest plan site in the country carries more than two hundred designers and publishes none of their names, referring to them by letter code even in its own blog posts. We think that is backwards.
Designers and architects
The in house design side of Brixton Development, a custom builder working in Harris, Montgomery and Liberty counties. Every plan it draws is drawn against what actually gets built, which means the foundation details are real rather than generic and the framing reflects what lumber yards stock.
