Builders, and how the list works
Builders
Nobody pays for position
The builders whose own service area covers your lot, nearest first, the same way a build review is matched, anywhere in the US. Our first builders work in these counties: Montgomery, Harris, Liberty, Galveston, Chambers, Waller.
Matched by distance
A buyer sees the builders whose own service area covers the lot, nearest first, wherever in the US it is.
Ordered by rotation
Not by who pays more, and not by anything adjusted by hand. The order rotates.
No exclusivity, no bidding
Nobody owns a territory and nobody is asked to produce a free estimate to compete.
The buyer chooses
Builders see the project, never the person. A builder asks to be introduced and the buyer says yes or no by email; only a yes shares their details. Or the buyer takes the names and calls.

On the list today
Custom homes and barndominiums across Harris, Montgomery and Liberty counties. Builds on your lot or theirs, and will review a plan you are considering before you buy it.
Serving: Harris County, Montgomery County, Liberty County
Affiliated with Build This Plan. Follows the same introduction rules as every builder: your details reach it only after you say yes.
Builders list free anywhere in the US
Listing is free and asking is free. Introductions are free right now; when a per lead price starts, you pay only when a buyer accepts your introduction, and we tell you before anything is charged. No subscription, no bidding, and at most 3 builders may ask about one project. Builders affiliated with the site follow the same rule.
What you get: a profile page that ranks, and buyers near you who asked for a build review, with the plan, budget and timeline attached so you know what they want built. Ask for an introduction and the buyer decides; when they say yes, you get their name, email and phone.
A listing here is not a license check and is not a recommendation of workmanship (Texas, for one, does not license general contractors). Ask for insurance, references and addresses of finished work, the same as you would with any builder. We will tell you who we have worked with and who we have not. See the counties.
