Buying The Dayton, step by step
BRX-B2400 is a sample plan with no real drawing set, so it cannot be bought. This page shows what happens when someone buys a plan that is for sale: what they pick, what they pay, what they get, and what the designer sees. No order is made, no payment is taken and no email is sent.
Step 1. The buyer picks a license
Every license is the full drawing set; they differ in how many times the buyer may build it. This one is PDF (one build, one address). Pick another.

Step 2. They pay, and the money splits
On a plan for sale the buyer pays $1,345 through Stripe Checkout. Here nothing is charged; these are the numbers it would produce.

The designer keeps 70 percent of the plan after the card fee, sent to their own Stripe account when the files are delivered. The card fee here is Stripe's standard 2.9 percent plus 30 cents; on a real sale it is the fee Stripe actually charged. Changes a designer quotes pay them 90 percent.
Step 3. The files are delivered at once
The moment payment clears, the buyer gets the PDF stamped on every sheet with their name and license. This sample set is stamped SAMPLE. NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION on every page instead.
